[App_rpt-users] Cannot link the repeater node and the echolink pseudo node within the allstar server

Start with a check in your rpt.conf where your internal nodes are defined

29283 = radio at 127.0.0.1:4570/29283,NONE
29284 = radio at 127.0.0.1:4570/29284,NONE

Look for a 'type error' in port definition as in my example 4570 and 
node numbers at both ends of the string.
