[App_rpt-users] Cannot link the repeater node and the echolink pseudo node within the allstar server

Mine looks like this:

47220 = radio at 127.0.0.1/47220,NONE
47222 = radio at 127.0.0.1/47220,NONE

It is missing the 4570
