[App_rpt-users] Auto-congesting call due to slow response, then connection failed

Marty, 

By chance are you running HamVoip software. 

That would explain why you can’t open the rpt_extnodes file in the proper directory as Tim outlined in his previous email. 

It makes it really hard for the support team to provided support when the software being used has differences from the standard and we don’t know what the difference are.
