[App_rpt-users] Moderation of users

[PTTLink Admin]

Due to repeated violation and ignoring the moderation warnings, the 
following users are now moderated:

Dan Tana
Pierre Martel
PeteM
Watson Jones

All posts from these users will now be reviewed for content before they 
are approve for posting to the mailing list.

Of these 4 users, only one is a real account.  The other three appear to 
have been created by various users to sow hate and discontent within the 
community.  Such actions will not be tolerated.

If these users feel this moderation is in error, they may submit a ticket 
to helpdesk at pttlink.org requesting it turned off along with a reason why 
they believe it is in error.
