not a matter of the IP address changing, that hasn’t happened. It’s
hard to pin down exactly what is causing the short loss of Internet

strong signal, well above the noise floor. Now it’s possible that
there’s an interruption of the Cox service, but there’s no obvious

re-establishes its connection with the ISP network on the cable?? If so, then
its likely obtaining a different public<br>
IP address when this occurs, and, if so, thats exactly what would be expected.
How is the connection supposed to<br>
'follow' IP address changes mid-stream??<br>
