Under what circumstances would this entry exist in, or be added to,
extensions.conf?<br>

not being able to allocate a curl structure. I just discovered that

if you dont update your extensions.conf file. Change any reference to
'reg.allstarlink.org'<br>
to 'register.allstarlink.org'.<br>
