<div>When I use the command localplay, it doesn't key the radio. <br>app_rpt shows it's playing the audio message but it doesn't key up the radio (red light of the URI "on").<br> <br>Although, when I use playback, It does work and keys the radio without issue. </div>

<div>audio file is ulaw, I did try it with a gsm file and had the same effect.</div>
<div>audio file is located in /var/lib/asterisk/sounds/messages, I added the directory " messages " for future custom repeater messages</div>
