Doesn't seem to me that it matters. Either way, it's less audio
to/from the radio. My <br>
guess would be network, vs. software constantly readjusting the
sound card levels<br>
for Echolink audio.<br>

Personally, I've found that the default settings seem to make the
Echolink audio at<br>
the same level as the audio from an Allstar node....<br>
