The idea of doing something in the LA area is a great one.<br>
<br>
Maybe one or more of the local radio clubs would be able to sponsor
an event? My thought is that there are probably ham clubs that
already have arrangements to meet at public community centers. I
suspect that such a group could arrange to get space for a gathering
at little or no expense.<br>
<br>
Heck, it would even be possible to start a Southern California
Allstar group that would have periodic meetings / seminars. This
might be more successful than a lot of radio clubs these days as it
would have a specific focus.<br>
<br>
I'd be happy to try to help if there are others interested.<br>

Realistically, I dont think it would be possible for me to EVER
