As I said, look at the Asterisk Manager functions implemented in app_Rpt

Date: Wed, 17 Oct 2012 22:59:07 -0500
Subject: Re: [App_rpt-users] Dump all linked nodes to a file for live update
From: bob@w5evh.org
To: telesistant@hotmail.com
CC: app_rpt-users@ohnosec.org

Thanx Jim, I tried '/usr/sbin/asterisk -rx "rpt nodes 28054" > nodes.txt' from a prompt for the heck of it and actually got a file with the info needed. I will look through the sources to see if there are any other functions that can be useful. Any hint what I should look for?
There are some Asterisk Manager commands that will give you various status info. I suppose some sort of simple
script can be written to take the output of this stuff and do whatever with it, including put it into a file however you
want it. My best suggestion to see what commands are implemented is to look at the sources for app_rpt.

Jim WB6NIL

Date: Wed, 17 Oct 2012 22:18:48 -0500
From: bob@w5evh.org
I would like to process the file to update the live status on a website of my HUB node. Almost like the AllStar status but shows ALL the nodes that are linked. I know in the cli I can issue a "rpt nodes <local node>" and will show all the linked nodes but how can I get it to a file? thanx
