I'd like to create a script that plays back a message, but only when the node has been</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"> <FONT FACE="Calibri">inactivate</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Calibri"> for some period of time and then occasionally once it is active.
