The sample rpt.conf assumes repeater mode. I was using a simplex transceiver and I thought something was wrong with my URI. As soon as I transmitted it lost the COR signal. Since I was concentrating on that I did not realize the transmitter was keying and thus it was losing receive. Duh! It the little things that get you. <br><br> If you have duplex=2 (or anything higher) in rpt.conf it will act like a repeater. When it sees an RX signal it will key PTT.
