<div dir="ltr">Hi! Is it possible to run RTCMs in voting mode without GPS? It seems 
that GPS is not needed for single shot voting, if not needed to mix 
signals continuosly. If not, then it would be nice to have that feature,
 for indoor applications, for example, where is not easy/expensive to provide gps signal or 1 pps.</div>
