comes to voter, voter selects best signal just once, before it starts
sending signal to transmitter, and until the signal disappears. That
mode would be useful for indoor applications and as failsoft mode, when 1
pps disappears for some reason. <br>
<br>Continuous voting without precise synchronisation would be nice too,
because precise synchronisation is not necessary if network latency is
minimal (if nodes located within the same building) and switching delay
is not less than 1 second (50 frames), while it still much better for
long distance systems, especially in urban areas or difficult terrain
areas.</div>
