<html><body><span style="font-family:Verdana; color:#000000; font-size:10pt;"><div><br>Well,</div><div>I knew that I would get a lot of replies for the simple stuff.</div><div><br></div><div>Yes I did:</div><div>Burn 6 different CD's using different make cd-r's</div><div>re-download the iso on other system<br></div><div>do a checksum on the iso<br></div><div>Verify IP connection.</div><div>Try the original disk from install last year.</div><div>Try 2 other computers for install</div><div><br></div><div>The system was a working system, All I did was swap the hard drive and install again.</div><div>only i mistakenly re-installed the original drive.</div><div><br></div><div>Found a back-up drive and slip it in and updated the conf's and runs like a charm but I still would like to make this work for myself and a new server for new nodes.</div><div><br></div><div>I'll probably clone the drive and change the vol label and work from that.</div><div><br></div><div>I just wanted to verify the download server was working before I copy drive images to the folks I was helping. </div><div><br></div><div>So if some of you say it's working, I'll take your word for it.
