The rx light flashes and sometimes let's a signal thru , but my repeater sorta goes flaky like the rtcm is pulling the line down and flaking it out. The voltage pulsates on the CTCSS line and the repeater receiver light goes out when it is actually receiving a signal. Very odd .</div>
