I'll let Scott follow up with you, but for the WAN repeaters that I take<br>
care of (all of which sign W3WAN), there is contiguous coverage of US-30<br>
across eastern PA, continuing onto US-1 from Philly into NJ a good distance.<br>
I have access to additional high-profile sites, including several that I<br>
already have ham repeaters at which could temporarily be repurposed for<br>
WAN/Allstar, which would extend coverage the rest of the way into NYC. For<br>
example, my Princeton repeater (442.850+ N3KZ) is very wide-area coverage.<br>
It covers from Philadelphia into portions of NYC. I have Internet access at<br>
the site and could take it off the N3KZ system and onto WAN for the event.<br>
<br>
Scott and Kevin know the coverage of the WAN machines in western PA better<br>
than I do, but I'm pretty confident that we can cover just about the entire<br>
span from the PA/WV or WV/OH border on US-30 all the way to Times Square<br>
with few, if any, holes.<br>
