Take a look at GPSD... You can look at using PPS if your GPS
supports it, or if it just outputs NMEA data it'll get the clock
close, but NMEA time can have a lot of jitter...<br>

loose its time sync and the time seems to be random. however
as soon as I get the the bbb an internet connection from my
phone it syncs right back up. I have a gps at my finger tips
