It is not a problem with the URI but rather a coding problem within Allstar itself. Depending on the processor this delay can be longer and shorter and can also vary depending on other factors. The delay is also usually only annoying when using Allstar in Duplex mode with a repeater. Because the problem is more pronounced with the BBB and RPi2 processors we are working on a permanent fix for this. Right now it is in the testing stage but should be out for the BBB and RPi2 soon.
