Especially Texas DOT putting in armco barriers along the interstates. Summer was always the worst...because the crews were out in full force...and it doesn't take much for a backhoe to pull up buried fiber conduit(s) or a pile driver to send a metal I beam through the bundle buried along the right of way.<br><br>It happens.
