If I were doing such a thing (and I do), I would take this approach...<br>
<br>
Keep a tail msg enabled (you can have more than one in rotation),<br>
And leave it non-existent by name and it will just be 'ignored' when not<br>
found without error.(i use tmsg1.off)<br>

When the activity you are monitoring sends the correct flag,<br>
use your script to simply rename the audio msg (tail msg) to the<br>
recognized file name you set in rpt.conf (rename file to what is set)<br>
tmsg1.wav and back again when the condition is no longer true by renaming<br>
it tmsg1.off.<br>
<br>
Don't forget to set tail msg timer shorter (10min).<br>
Don't do this to with to many tail msgs as each one would take a time slot<br>
equal to the timer even while off. So if you set 3 msgs to rotate and you<br>
only flag one on, it 'could' take up to 3x the tail msg timer to hear it.<br>
