I have done both DIAL installs for PC and RPI2.

There are some gotchas for sure.

On RPI2, download the img file.

Install Win32 Disk Manager utility.

Run util, load img file & burn to uSD card.

As for the Dial PC ISO, you can burn a CD or burn it to a USB thumb
drive.

If burning to a thumb drive you need a utility that allows you to do
a direct disk image. Otherwise you may have trouble booting from the
thumb drive.
Why don't you see want you can do on a simple burn how to.
The RPi2 install is pretty much download the image, burn
it to SD card,.
Once the Pi boots, you can login on the HDMI / USB
console, or SSH into the board on port 222.
The board is setup for DHCP so check your DHCP (router)
server for address.
If you want, you can login via the built in serial port at
115,200
System will walk you through setup.
