<p dir="ltr">Sorry for the mistake. For some reason the previous Xelatec links caused me to think of that. </p>
<p dir="ltr">But it is an address issue. I just got finished with a Xipar node that did the same behavior. Ran fine, Green light lit but no heartbeat. </p>
<p dir="ltr">Despite hot swapping the fobs which resulted in the OS seeing it, I finally realized the tune file forced the selection. </p>
<p dir="ltr">Good luck as I don't run DIAL</p>
