    I guess I'm old school, or just old. mail lists give me easy access
    to information. I don't need multiple programs open. I get it on my
    phone, tablet and multiple desktops. I've seen forum attempts in the
    past that have failed.<br>

    ASL is Open Source.  The way OS software evolves is when someone
    identifies a need and takes the initiative to act upon that need.  I
    applaud you for seeing this need, now are you ready for the next
    step?  Can you define the problem?  The proposed solution in
    detail?  The steps needed to get there?  How it will be tested?

                                  not to say it will not happen.<br>
                                  I can't re-create you crashes.<br>
                                  I firewall my boxes to only allow
                                  access from trusted addresses for ssh.
                                  I use a VPN for roaming users. I don't
                                  support SIP.
