<p>Take a look at the SDR programs like Gqrx and the like.</p>
<p>Here is a link that gives you an example of decoding POCASG using
multimon-ng (you will have to scroll down to see the section on

You should be able to also use a program like rtl_fm and pipe the
output into multimon-ng to decode the data (skipping the need to
use nc and gqrx).<br>

(You will need one of those cheap under $20 DVB-T+DAB-FM usb
decoders at the least to do this with and an antenna to pick the
traffic up-- the NooElec and clones you can find on Amazon).<br>
