You do not need to pull down fresh source. If your upgrade updated
the kernel headers, you can try:<br>
AS root<br>
cd /usr/src/<br>
ls<br>
you should see dahdi-complete<br>
cd dahdi-complete<br>

make install<br>

to do this can the code come from digium or do I have to pull it

Ultimately I hope to run mmdvm on the same computer so future
upgrades and replacing damaged modules this way would be handy.
I've been around Linux some but I'm still learning and have a way
to go. Also this is a full fledged computer and not a pi install.<br>

A recompile of DAHDI may be all you need. I can't find the
instructions at<br>
the moment. Anyone have those handy?<br>

Ive had my DIAL node up and running which Ive been tweaking and<br>
experimenting with and have had lots of success. I installed
webmin to make<br>
things easier for myself. I was going to be installing Allmon2 and
went to<br>
check my Apache and php versions and realized there were some
updates as<br>
well as 85 other package updates identified. I selected the two I
wanted<br>
and when I went to start the update I hit update all which caused
all 85 to<br>
update and break all-star. My config files are still accessable
but<br>
everything else appears shot for allstar. Is there a way I can
reinstall or<br>
repair it without doing a complete disk wipe?<br>
