<p>Check DNS servers in your router then server.</p>
<p>Then verify your entire network config in your server.<br>

<p>Reboot it all after any changes, test again.</p>
<p>But your problem 'may' be DNS from AT&T - LTE.</p>
<p>In your case, you may need to revert to google dns, but I would
resist that if possible.</p>
<p>Without port forwarding, you will likely only have outbound
connects.</p>
<p>You may have some success using a dynamicDNS service from your
router or server to the web if you can config that.<br>
