Alternatively, you might consider installing iaxRpt on one of your PC’s that will give you a desktop dispatch application type access to the radio over via the URI over your LAN. One issue that came up is that of microphones. With the URI, I will have to connect it to the microphone jack of the radio using a RJ45 and to the speaker output. The speaker problem can be easily solved with a splitter. As far as the mic goes, I am a bit confused. If the URI is plugged into the mic port, I obviously cannot use the radio with a hand mic.
