Before Steve (N4IRS) stepped back from the project, he was taking a look at<br>
creating a package that would build on a Raspberry Pi B or B+ (armv6). I do<br>
currently run on an RPi B+ with an old apt_rpt build on top of Arch Linux.<br>
(See <a href="https://github.com/K2DLS/Allstar-using-dahdi-Arch-4x" rel="noreferrer noreferrer" target="_blank">https://github.com/K2DLS/Allstar-using-dahdi-Arch-4x</a>) But I cannot<br>
update the OS because when I do, the package fails to run and rebuild for a<br>
number of reasons.<br>

Anyway, are the current team members at all interested in creating a package<br>
that we could install on a current Raspbian Stretch image on the older RPi<br>
models? There are a number of us out here who would be interested, if for<br>
no other reason than it ought to work and we have a bunch of older RPis<br>
sitting around not doing too much!<br>

When I do a: sudo apt-get upgrade<br>
I see it looks like the hold I did with install is still in effect. Do I<br>
leave it this way? Also wondering how we might find when the ASL code has<br>
been updated. I like to be a guinea pig.<br>
