Well Marco,

I may not have a good answer for you but a answer.

It seems you are trying to 'roll your own' on a Pi.

I don't think I can help with those OS choices on a Pi. Unknown
to me.

You are no doubt suffering from the lack of sound support in your
system.

Same as our default image if you do not put a hold on the kernel
headers before updating.

(yes we are using older versions of the kernel till a fix come
for sound support)

I can only suggest you use the SD burnable image file located

http://dvswitch.org/files/ASL_Images/Raspberry_Pi/Stretch/

and follow this guide

http://dvswitch.org/files/ASL_Images/Raspberry_Pi/Stretch/ASL_1.01-20180228-armhf-raspbian-stretch-image.readme

However, if you really want to keep pushing forward from where
you are, I suggest this read.

But the question is still out there if someone has got this to
work on your OS. So perhaps a better answer will come.

I started with install armbian on banana m2+ (Linux ir0uas_uhf
3.4.113-sun8i #68 SMP PREEMPT Wed Sep 19 10:23:30 CEST 2018 armv7l
GNU/Linux), after that I had following this instruction:
cd /tmp
wget http://dvswitch.org/install-allstarlink-repository
chmod +x install-allstarlink-repository
./install-allstarlink-repository
If Raspbian: apt-get install raspberrypi-kernel-headers -y
Otherwise: apt-get install linux-headers-`uname -r` -y
apt-get update
apt-get install allstarlink -y
At the end of the installation process, I started the configuration
with the help of startup script.
Attached you can find the configuration files.

Marco,
I can't make heads or tails of your log.
Perhaps just state what you want to have when done with your server,
what you have completed,
and what is not working.
Be sure to mention the hardware PC or Pi etc usb/radio ports etc.
Probably would not hurt to attach your rpt.conf file with your question
by the looks of the log.
