Found out what to root problem was for Auto-congesting call due to
slow, failing connection. It was a little simpler than a link or
tail a file.<br>
It turns out he was using a NON-standard BINDPORT I /we should
have seen that when I did a;<br>
28523*CLI> rpt lookup <NODE><br>

He changed the BINDPORT in rpt.conf and now have no trouble
