In fact, they have seen close to a 10% growth in the last couple of months. Allstarlink now has over 5500 nodes connected at any one time. I guess, any news, is good news. There are no requirements in Florida for non-profits to even have members! You stated in your minutes that there were no bylaws and therefore you were adopting some. I just don't see how you can legally claim your group of 16 people are "members."
