[FRC] What is this lists' purpose

plenty of p25 around florida now. at least parts. linked too.
I'm just gonna say , Ron, you have issues. and no idea what you're talking about. and somehow feel the need to put BSEE on every signature.
and while i admit guilt in this tangent, it's time to revert this list to discussing how to reform the frc.
