I am the chair of the committee. There will be a charter statement soon, but basically the purpose of the committee is to review FRC processes as needed and solicit public input on how to improve them. this input will be used to draft recommended changes to given processes, which will then be voted on by the full FRC board. There are 4 board members on the PDC and 4 non-board members. A web forum site has been developed to allow hams to make suggestions and discuss in a format open to everyone. The site will be available as soon as the PDC completes review of it.
