[FSG-public] Please Call Senator Bill Nelson ASAP!

I got this from the ARRL today and made a call.
This is a big deal as it would apply the same PRB-1 to HOA's and other
associations. Right now an HOA can prevent all ham radio antennas as it's a
private company not a local government.
