Ideally I'd like to get something like a cisco 2821 and/or managed switch.

The general plan is based on the following hardware:

UBNT 3.4 GHz bounce link for back haul to 8th floor
Ubiquiti 5G-19-120	Sector antenna, 120 degree, 19 dBi, horizontal
WaveGuard AM5G19	RF shielding for sector antenna
MikroTik RouterBOARD RB912UAG-5HPnD	5 GHz MIMO modem
RF Elements SBX-S-CC-2SMA	shielded outdoor radio enclosure
Ubiquiti TOUGHCable Pro & grounding connectors
Lightning Protector for cat5

I have the cable/connectors/lightning protector and the 3.4 GHz link radios.
I'd like to the repeaters online first as I have most of what is needed for
that. I ordered 300' of 7/8" hardline and connectors for 2$ per foot. This
is new on the reel, so it's what we need for 900/440/220.

I have the snap in hangers and grounding kits for the hardline, and am getting
3' treated 4x4's for the horizontal runs across the roof. We'll need a ground
bar for up at the upper roof and polyphasers for the individual cables.

I've had the 220 repeater testing key down for about 12 hours now and it has
most of the bugs worked out of it, it will never be as good as a commercial
unit however. I need to make up some interconnect cables for between the
duplexer and filters and repeater. I need to reload the software on the
controller linux pc, but I could do that remotely if needed.

James is working on the licensing for the building stuff, and we have
confirmed a repeater will work for them.

I have a UPS that needs new batteries but it should work, and has the
management card in it too. I tested the serial server and it's working to
manage the quantar repeaters remotely too.

Next time I go by we'll stop by sams club and get a folding table and chairs
so we have some work space for up there.
