Matt is the trustee for the 444.575 repeater but he's got another dstar
repeater much lower in north Tampa on that frequency now.  As it is he's not
had the opportunity to move the dstar to another channel yet.  As this was a
proof of concept repeater only to test the building penetration it
accomplished that, anything else is a bonus.

Compounding this problem is the test repeater up there is set to require PL to
activate it, but only carrier squelch to keep it keyed.  This means that once
activated it can be held open by the dstar repeater.  It's a wonderful
feedback loop.
