[FSG-public] Frequency pairs

If you have a scanner, give a listen to these channels, they are potential for
the business band repeaters.  I've pulled who's licensed on them too.

The important thing is to find the upper frequency is clear at the main site
of IMD. 

I'm thinking 464.0125 and 464.1875 might be the least used.  Part 90 does not
give you an exclusive frequency like most ham repeaters get :(

I pulled what was on each frequency in 60 miles.  Might be worth a look.
