[FSG-public] TAMPA-CORE-EX is back up

Restarted it, and did a POE controller upgrade.  I tried the controller
upgrade but it wouldn't take until I restarted it.  Since we don't have a
support contract it, lets just call it a juniper bug and move on.

That said, the system was up for over a year.  Wish I could say the microtik
was that good :)
