Basically the NXDN repeater was a 50W repeater that would burn up if used at
50W.  We fixed the power amp internal to it and added a 110W external PA.  I
did some PM's on the combining/duplexing and found it's still within a half dB
of what we measured, so that's good.

I need to re-install the P25 software on the computer up there, but analog is
linked, p25 is just local until this is complete.
