[P25nx] Connect to astrotac

Well I thought all was working ok till I started testing further.
When I key up and change talk groups I hear digital hash but no voice return acknowledging the new talk group Ive tried to conduct a qso but the return audio is choppy and seems to lose sync . I hear a few words then silence then a few more words. sometimes I hear the voice prompts other times not. Wondering if the DIU config for the P25nx is correct .  It is connected to the astro tac as a diu as previously advised. the astrotac port is configured for external clock . is that correct?  Or is there  anything else I am missing??
