covering how to start DMRGateway, I'd be very grateful.

- Setup an rpi2 with DIAL and a DV3000
- SSH'd to the rpi2 as debian:debian, su'd, went through the allstar setup; got the node live

Now, the question is, what do I do? Apparently I missed some discussion covering the initial setup/use of this tool, and this is as far as I've been able to piece together from reviewing the archives. Any help would be appreciated!
