I come from a radio background. I have training in computers but I'm playing a lot of catch-up with linux and actually understanding data streams. I suppose I should buy one of these dv4mini and another pi to start playing. I have a couple of xpr6550s that I could use in conjunction.

From what I understand the DMR+ network is pretty small in the US. Best I could tell p25 reflectors were even fewer. I guess they're are tons of d-star reflectors. I have plenty of access to DMR gear at work so it doesn't make sense to invest on D-Star. My hopes is this list might make that a thing of the past where we can "run what ya brung" and all talk.
