I've spotted some references to this mailing list suggesting that someone had a working MMDVM / Homebrew protocol to IPSC implementation. Is that correct? 

I'd like to use HBLink (https://github.com/n0mjs710/HBlink) to connect hotspots to an IPSC based network.
