Gave up on the VXR-7000 for now. I had a couple of Maxon SD-125U2 sitting around and have 1 interfaced simplex. I am at least hearing the TX audio on my MD-380 and can hear myself on the parrot. The audio is chopping pretty bad on the RX side of the MD-380

Michael, What helped me was. I have a DVMega as well.  I used my DMR ID 110618 for the TG. Program one radio with the TG for the DVMega and the second radio same TG for your repeater. Transmit on the DVMega and tune the TX side of your repeater. The DVMega will go through BM then back to your repeater and key to the second radio. Slow turns.

Most users tune the Tx first then Rx.

As for the VXR-7000 I can't speak if it will work or not..

I know this might be a little off subject. I have tried the MMDVM Yahoo group with no luck.

Has anyone interface a Vertex VXR-7000 repeater to a MMDVM setup. I can't get DMR to work. The portable radio will key up 3 times then emit the long tone like the repeater is not there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
