The dv4mini and the DV3000 are 2 different things. You will need the DV3000 to decode and encode the AMBE data to/from All star PCM

Point a peer at the test master, either a repeater or DMRlink. If it's DMRlink, send the log to the console and set the log level to DEBUG. listen to the repeater or watch the screen. You will see the traffic.
