So I was reading thru the documentation for DMRlink. One thing I found interesting was not only with proper software I can feed this into the USRP channel driver. It also appears this can function as a very basic c bridge. Am I understanding this right? I could could have a handful of DMR repeaters on my own IPSC network and have TG to route traffic to for example Allstar or just route to DMR only in my network of repeaters. I have the repeater it looks like I need a RPI2 and a DV300 it appears everything else is software. N1XBM Apparare Scientor Paratus Communicare Allstar Node # 27086, 41540, 41812, 42086
You are correct. Without modifications you can use the bridge rules to route TG traffic to any peer or master. We have made modifications to the ambe_audio.py program to send AMBE frames to DMRGateway. We are adding changes to bridge.py to add support for "User Activated" (PTT) Talk groups and a priority system. Yes, All the hardware you need is a PRi2 and a DV3000. 73, Steve On 11/30/2015 10:15 AM, Robert Newberry wrote:
