I'll post this here, since I was moderated on radioreference. We have started work on allowing the DV4Mini to be used on a Mototrbo repeater via IPSC. DMR-MARC has publicly said that inexpensive access point dongles with excellent digital audio would be considered. <http://dmr-marc.net/sandbox.html> As of now, we have a parrot app running. The next step will be point to point. Direct user to user communications via 2 DV4Mini and 2 RPi. Next step will be access to DMRlink. DMRlink will open IPSC to the DV4Mini. This is in a early stage, but I wanted people that were considering the the DV4Mini but put off by the reports of problems, that the problem with DMR on the DV4 Mini is a software problem. This will be solved as we continue to work on this open source solution. For INAD, 73 Steve N4IRS -- ,,, (o o) -----ooO-(_)-Ooo------ --- N4IRS was Here ---
Steve, Great news! I just ordered a DV4Mini. I have plenty of RPi2s laying around. I am really interested in the user to user communications. Thanks, Michael KD5DFB On Wed, Dec 2, 2015 at 12:30 PM, Steve N4IRS <szingman@msgstor.com> wrote:

Florida reseller for DV4Mini: <http://wirelesshold.com/> I can't speak to the Zastone. I have a MD-380 as a secondary radio. It's not bad. 73, Steve On 12/2/2015 2:46 PM, David KE6UPI wrote:

This is great news! What would be really nice is to take that digital signal and mod/demod through a pair of maxtrac radio's. Cheap and dirty repeater or remote base station operation. I love maxtrac radio's they are very versatile and I can see a value there. Couple that through a URI into an RPI2+DV3000... Any thoughts there! I would say rather then a URI, The MMDVM is going to be the way to get digital signals in and out of a Maxtrac. <https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/mmdvm/info> A RPi2, DV3000 and a MMDVM. JUst add radios software and stir. ;) 73, Steve N4IRS On 12/2/2015 2:49 PM, ronald simpson wrote:
