Running latest DIAL image, and updated.

Two RTCM's running as Mixed.  

Both RTCM's  will break into a underwater sounding reverbed mess all of a sudden, but not always at the same time. S tarts out small and gets worse the longer the transmitter is keyed.. After the PTT stops, everything returns to normal until it starts again.  No pattern,  no reason...  changed buffer settings on both ends. no joy..  any ideas?
