That’s a real rosy picture but there has to be some reason a group feels so strongly as to divide as they have so both sides needs to do much better.

Actually, if you go to the actual allstarlink.org web page or go on community.allstarlink.org (the official forum for support for allstarlink), you will see that Allstarlink is doing great.  In fact, they have seen close to a 10% growth in the last couple of months.   Allstarlink now has over 5500 nodes connected at any one time.   I guess, any news, is good news.  Eventually, either this handful of PTTlink people will just stop posting this stuff and get a life or everyone will unsubscribe from this email list.

Welcome to the Death of AllStar !!

I support neither side.  I have attempted to not comment.

From my 65 plus years of life experience and more than 50 years of being a ham I predict that AllStar will never recover from the current craziness.

Thank the Lord that Ham Radio has many facets and modes.

I just checked on the FCC  web page and it shows that they switched it back to Tim Sawyer.   It appears that the FCC investigated it and doesn't agree with you.

Under Florida law only the bylaws or articles of incorporation can establish who are "members" of a non-profit corporation.  There are no requirements in Florida for non-profits to even have members!    You stated  in your minutes that there were no bylaws and therefore you were adopting some.   I just don't see how you can legally claim your group of 16 people are "members."    If I was you, I would be worried about filing documents with the government or anyone else for that matter, claiming you are now the board of the corporation.

I see Stacy frantically trying to set up a web page that shows new Bylaws.  None of this shows that you even had authority to change the Bylaws.    Why are you trying to trick everyone?

Oh good.  I'm glad the bylaws and other bits as posted now.

Steve what about the FCC? Is that a trick as well? Seems legit to me.
